Dr. Debol, meaning "Cub" in Amharic, aims to transform today's "Medico Cubs" into tomorrow's healthcare lions. Through their innovative programs, they are empowering medical students and professionals by cultivating leadership, enhancing medical education, and promoting patient-centered care. Their journey began with the creation of the "Debol Bedside Oriented Surgery" guide, which has become a critical educational tool across Ethiopia. Now, their focus is on fostering leadership, creativity, and critical thinking to drive lasting transformation within Ethiopia’s healthcare and medical education systems.
